The Abilene High School Band is gearing up for the big trip to the Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade!  Be sure to tune in on the WGN network Thanksgiving morning between 8:30-11am to see your AHS Band in action!  You can also watch online at wgntv.com —> “watch live” tab.

The band will also shop the famous “Magnificent Mile”, go on an architecture boat tour on the Chicago River, go to the top of the Sears Tower, eat at the Hard Rock Cafe, Tour the Museum of Science and Industry, eat Thanksgiving Dinner on a five-story cruise ship on Lake Michigan, see a Blue Man Group show, Have Chicago-Style pizza at Giordano’s restaurant, see a show at Medieval Times, and much more!
